We at Bumper to Bumper Collision Center pride ourselves on the best service in the industry. We help you from the very beginning of the claims process. Here is just a little insight into all of the work that we provide for you at no additional charge!

Initial Claims Process

1. You call us

2. We evaluate the damage at either your work, your house, or our shop.

3. If an insurance claim has not yet been made we can help you determine if it is more beneficial to pursue a claim or just pay out of pocket.

4. If going through with insurance, we will schedule a meeting time for one of our expert claims handlers to meet with the insurance company and review the claim.

5. We order parts and schedule the job.

6. On scheduled date, we either come to you or have you drop the vehicle off at our shop. All of this is done at no extra charge.

Repair Process

7. Vehicle is brought into shop and disassemb

le for blueprinting. All parts are labeled and estimate is reviewed for any additional damage that could not be seen at the initial inspection.

8. Metal work is performed

9. Vehicle moves to the refinish process and is primed.

10. Primer and all other surfaces being painted are cleaned of any wax or grease, and then the vehicle is sanded.

11. Vehicle is masked for paint

12. Vehicle goes into paint booth where 3-5 coats of water based color are sprayed on all panels. Two to three coats of clear are then immediately applied to the freshly painted panels. The car goes through a 30 minute bake cycle where the paint is cured.

13. The vehicle is removed from the paint booth and inspected.

14. The vehicle is then reassembled.

15. Once the vehicle is completely back together it is sent to the detail department fordetailing and final inpection. All of Bumper to Bumper’s customers with repairs over $500.00 recieve a Free  full detail. This includes interior/exterior and floor mats shampood.

16. Customer is called and delivery plans are made.

17. After the customer is back into the vehicle, we can complete the final bill with the insurance company.
